1) The Privileges Committee will investigate every question submitted to it and give a reasonable opportunity to the accused person to present his explanation, after considering all the facts, decide whether there has been a violation of the privilege or not, and present a report to the meeting with a recommendation to disclose the reasons and grounds. .
(2) At least one day before the date of discussion on the report as per sub-rule (1) in the meeting, the report will be distributed to all the members.
